Installation of equipment for the first farm cheese factory in Goričko

On 22 and 23 March 2010 the Plevnik Ltd. Company delivered equipment to Ratkovci for establishing the first farm cheese factory in Nature Park Goričko. Equipment was bought within the project "Sustainable Use of Natura 2000 habitats along the Slovenian-Hungarian border« with the acronym Landscape in harmony in the Operational Programme Slovenia-Hungary 2007-2013. The total value of equipment which is 85% co-financed from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), 10% from state funds and 5% from own resources is 57,398.40 €. All parts of equipment listed below are owned by the Nature Park Goričko Public Institute and were contracted for using equipment for a fixed period in a public call to the Gorički raj, Vančo Lazarovski s.p. Company:

-         Self-priming centrifugal pump,
-         cheese kettle/pasteurizer,
-         stainless steel working platform,
-         hot water kettle,
-         5 stable 100 l cooling tanks,
-         25 cheese moulds,
-         100 cheese moulds for fresh cheeses,
-         cart for cheese transport,
-         two-piece dishwasher sink with extra shelf under the sink,
-         2 portable cooling tanks (portable refrigerator),
-         cheese table,
-         stable cooling tank for milk HNP 500 l 2M,
-         67 cheese moulds for fresh cheeses.

After we took possession of equipment employees of Plevnik Company successfully run the stove for central heating, stable cooling tank and cheese kettle/pasteurizer.
